Firearm & Lower Receiver Returns
When you receive the firearm or lower receiver at the FFL, please inspect it thoroughly before accepting the transfer. The policies outlined below are only for guns or lower receivers that are picked up from the FFL. Returns are only eligible when the product has been used properly and is returned in its original condition.
If a firearm or lower receiver is not picked up within 14 days of arrival, including failed background check, not legally allowed to own, refusal to pick up, or any other reason the transfer is not otherwise able to be completed, the transaction will be canceled. XXX will process a cancelation and return of the product, minus any fees, a $30 return shipping fee, original shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee.
New Gun and New Lower Receiver Return Policy
All new gun & new lower receiver sales are final. As a reminder, new guns are eligible for any applicable manufacturer's warranties. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, please let us know and we'll be happy to assist.

Shipping labels are emailed and will need to be printed by the customer.
All returns on orders paid by a credit card will receive a credit to the card used on the purchase once confirmation of receipt of merchandise has been made and inspection has been completed. Depending on your financial institution, refunds are credited between 3 to 5 business days after issuance.
We do not provide an exchange option. Simply place a new order for the desired merchandise. Since items tend to sell out quickly, we recommend immediately placing an order for the replacement merchandise.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
www.Phantomfirearms.com will ONLY transfer ownership of a firearm to individuals or agencies in possession of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). This means we cannot ship directly to you unless you are an FFL holder.
You can check your order status on the Order History page of your Account Dashboard. Log in to your account or go straight to your Order History if you’re already logged in. If a tracking number was provided, you will be able to see exact shipping details.
Shipping Restrictions
www.Phantomfirearms.com does not currently ship to any item to PO Boxes, Alaska, Connecticut, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or to APO/FPO.
Phantom firearms LLC does not ship suppressors to Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island.
AMMUNITION: Ammunition must ship Ground. On average, ammunition orders will, after processing time, take between 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your provided shipping address.
SUPPRESSORS: Orders containing a suppressor will not ship until all legal requirements have been met. This includes receipt of ATF approved tax stamp, successful completion of the ATF Form 4473, and a chief law enforcement officer (CLEO) notification with seven-day required waiting period (to begin after confirmed delivery and acknowledgement of said notification by a chief law enforcement officer).
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Expedited shipping methods may be added for additional cost for some items. The shipping options available will display in the checkout process. These expedited shipping methods are subject to Monday-Friday business day operations and DO NOT include Saturday delivery. For Saturday delivery please contact us prior to purchase. There is no expedited shipping method for ammunition purchases.

PICKING UP ITEMS FROM OUR RETAIL STORE
If you intend to pick up an order from our retail store, please allow 3 business days before attempting pickup. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email informing you that your order has arrived and is available, typically in 3-7 business days.
We must charge Kentucky sales tax (6%) if you pick a gun up from the retail store. (You should see this amount calculated into your order before you complete your purchase).
If you are not a legal resident of Kentucky, you cannot pick up a handgun from our store; you must have the gun transferred to a dealer in your state. You may pick up a rifle or shotgun from our store if it is legal to own it in your state of residence.
